ruby is an industry leader in innovative, open-minded dating services, with the biggest being Ashley Madison. Through their revolutionary online dating brands, they help millions of people connect and communicate.
While there, I was responsible for writing copy for email campaigns, landing pages, articles, mobile, video and OOH advertising. I directed the creation of visual content for Ashley Madison’s social channels (FB, Insta and Twitter) and wrote email, UX and web copy.
In collaboration with the email marketing team I was responsible for writing and editing all transactional and promotional emails to a subscriber database of over 1 million people. I brainstormed campaign ideas for Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s and Superbowl email campaigns and contributed to Ashley Madison’s monthly newsletters, PillowTalk and The Romp.

MICROSITE
For The Good Wife Study I worked with the marketing and design teams to transform raw data from client surveys into reader-friendly and engaging information about female infidelity. As well as writing all the copy for the microsite, I created supporting content for social, email and an online quiz to collect emails for our marketing funnels.
SOCIAL
Working with the marketing team on monthly brainstorms to plan content, I directed the creation of videos, images and copy for Ashley Madison’s social channels (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
I also instituted a social calendar and worked with a brand manager to implement a social content strategy to drive engagement and traffic solely through organic means.
